Our Story
Our gym in Bayside, NY is separated into a few areas – a room with weights, a section with all types of cardio equipment, including treadmills, bikes, and others, and locker rooms. We have two trainers on-site who work shifts and will be happy to assist you with anything you need. Fully licensed, insured, certified, and with a completed EMT and CPR programs, we are sure to have a professional trainer who will become your partner and make your well-being his top priority.
We first opened doors back in 2001, and over the last 23 years, we have been giving our best to enrich people’s lives so they can inspire others to do the same.
